Getting started
How does Healthaide work?
Choose a treatment, complete a short online consultation, and a licensed clinician reviews your information. If treatment is appropriate, your prescription ships from a licensed U.S. pharmacy.
Do I need to see a doctor in person?
No. Consultations happen online. Some treatments require lab work, which can be completed at a local lab.
What if I do not know which treatment is right for me?
Take our short quiz or contact our team. A clinician can recommend options based on your goals and history.
Prescriptions and pharmacy
Who prescribes my medication?
Independent, licensed U.S. clinicians review every consultation and decide whether a prescription is appropriate.
Are compounded medications FDA approved?
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and are not FDA approved. They are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
How is my medication shipped?
Orders ship in discreet packaging. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with cold packs.
Billing and membership
Is the consultation fee refundable?
If a clinician determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged for the medication.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. You can pause or cancel any time before your next refill is processed by contacting our team.
Do you accept insurance?
Healthaide is a self-pay service. You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for eligible purchases.
Ongoing care
